These terms govern your use of Templavi (“Templavi”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
1. Your account
You must provide a valid email address to sign up. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything done under your account. One person per account — no sharing.
2. Credits, plans, and billing
Templavi runs on a credit system. New accounts receive a one-time signup grant. Paid plans (Basic, Creator, Pro) include a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing period. Cost per generation varies with template complexity (node count); we show the cost on every generation.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor. You can cancel from your billing page; you keep access until the end of the current period, then drop to the free tier. Unused monthly credits don’t roll over.
3. Refunds & cancellation
See our full refund & cancellation policy for plain-English detail. Summary:
- New subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 7 days if you haven’t consumed a material portion of the included credits.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access through what you’ve already paid for.
- One-time top-up credits (when available) are non-refundable once added to your balance.
- If a specific generation is clearly broken, use “Report this generation” — we credit you back when the report is valid.
4. Acceptable use
- Don’t resell, mirror, or scrape the service.
- Don’t generate templates designed to mislead, harass, defame, or infringe rights.
- Don’t reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to bypass usage limits or billing.
- Don’t share account credentials.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content; our service
You own the templates you generate. The underlying generator, prompts, code, and brand are ours. You grant us a limited license to process your prompts and store generated artifacts so we can deliver the service (history, re-downloads, report review).
6. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation depends on third-party AI providers — outages there may affect us. Critical outages credit-cap users; we don’t deduct credits for failed generations.
7. Disclaimers
Templavi is provided “as is”. We don’t warrant that generated templates will fit your specific project — review every template before shipping work that depends on it. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced via email or in-app notice with at least 14 days’ notice before they take effect.
