What is a credit?

One credit ≈ one small piece of generation work. A typical template (8–15 nodes) costs about 50 credits. Simpler templates cost less; very complex ones cost more. We show the cost on every generation so there are no surprises.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period. Signup credits are a one-time grant. Top-up credits (coming soon) won’t expire.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your billing page; you keep access until the end of the current period, then drop to Starter.

What happens if a generation comes out wrong?

Hit “Report this generation” — we save the file, look at it, and refund the credits when warranted.

Do you support After Effects or Premiere?

V1 is DaVinci Resolve only. We’ll add other NLEs once Resolve is solid.
