Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You keep full access— all features, all credit allowance — through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- No prorated refundon the current period’s subscription fee.
- Unused monthly creditsfrom your last billing cycle don’t carry over once you drop to the Free tier.
- Your signup-bonus creditsstay in your wallet on Free — you keep what you haven’t spent.
Refunds — 7-day money-back
New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund of the most recent payment within 7 daysof the charge, provided you haven’t consumed a material portion of that period’s included credits (we treat “material” as more than 25% of the monthly allowance).
To request a 7-day refund:

Refund request. - We respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Refunds — bad-generation reports
If a specific generation came out clearly broken, you don’t need to wait 7 days or write an email — use the “Report this generation” button on the result card or on the row in your history. We review every report, and when the report is valid we credit you back the credits that generation cost. The credit refund usually lands within minutes; you’ll see it in your wallet and in the in-app notifications bell.
One-time credit top-ups
Top-up credit packs (separate from monthly plan credits) are non-refundableonce they’re added to your wallet, since they don’t expire and aren’t tied to a billing period. Bad-generation refunds still apply to credits spent from a top-up.
Free-tier signup bonus
The 100-credit signup bonus is a free promotional grant. It isn’t eligible for cash refund (there’s no payment to refund), but bad-generation reports against generations paid for with bonus credits are still honoured.
Failed payments & expiry
If your renewal payment fails, we email you, mark your account past_due, and give you a 72-hour grace period to update payment details before your plan drops to the Free tier. During grace, your credits and access stay intact.
Disputes & chargebacks
If something feels wrong, please email us at hello@templavi.combefore filing a dispute with your card issuer or bank — we’d rather fix it directly. We respond to every dispute and provide documentation to the payment processor. Fraudulent chargebacks (where the cardholder used the service and then disputes the charge) may result in account termination.
